Cancellation Policy

Cancellations 7 days or more in advance of hire date are subject to a 25% charge of the total booking value (Loss of deposit), or the Client may transfer any Booking Fees and monies paid to an alternative hire date within 365 days. Cancellations between 2-3 days of the hire date are subject to a 50% charge of the total booking value payable within 7 days. Cancellations within 24 hours of the delivery time or upon delivery will be subject to 100% charge of the total booking value payable within 7 days.
